About 4-6 weeks before your big day, we'll have another call to go over all the final details and your "don't miss" moments.
Then we plan:
You'll receive your contract and invoice. Sign and pay your 25% deposit within 24 hours to secure your date.

What Happens Next?
A: In the event of cancellation by the client, the initial deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations within 45 days prior to the wedding date will require 75% payment of the agreed-upon total cost. Cancellations within 30 days of the wedding date will not be eligible for a refund. If the content creator is unable to fulfill the agreement due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of any payment received will be issued, and the content creator will not be held liable for unfulfilled services.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Of course! This is done on a case-by-case basis and pricing is dependent upon exactly what you are needing, so please inquire if this is something you are interested in and we can chat more!
Q: Do you do BTS content for vendors too?
A: I work seamlessly with your other vendors! I stay out of their way while capturing all those behind-the-scenes moments they might miss.
Q: How do you work with my photographer and videographer?
A: We specialize in iPhone content only. We do not use professional grade cameras or videocameras. When we edit content, the focus is editing footage together to tell a story, without use of filters or photoshopping. We do NOT take the place of traditional photo or video vendors, we are simply an added bonus to these vendors! The magic of content creation is reliving your memories the very next day exactly the way they happened!
Q: How do you differ from photographers and videographers?
A: Of course! I'm Texas-based but will follow your love anywhere. Travel. and lodging fees apply for destinations over 60 miles from DFW.
Q: Do you travel?
A: Absolutely not! I love capturing any special event - baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties, bachelorette parties, you name it!
